What to Expect at Your First Appointment:
- You will have a brief examination with our nurse practitioner to discuss your goals and your health history.
- Please bring any blood work you’ve completed in the last six months. You can ask your medical providers to fax your records to us at (847) 836-5209.
- Based on your health goals and current health status our medical team will make treatment recommendations.
- If your health status allows we will perform IV Vitamin Therapy at your first appointment
- Please allow an hour for your first appointment and 30 minutes for any follow-up appointments.
