Massage & Stretch

Massage therapy and stretching helps to improve blood flow to the muscles, improving flexibility and better range of motion. It also releases muscle tension and stress, making you feel relaxed and rejuvenated. All massages are done by our licensed massage therapist. 

Our stretch and massage program consists of: muscle release work, passive stretching as needed, and therapeutic massage to help relieve muscle tension.
