The financial policy of Active Medical Center is to be transparent about any out of pocket costs our patients may have before any services are delivered.
We achieve this by knowing what your copay or coinsurance is at your first appointment with us. After your appointment we verify your insurance benefits, and correlate that with the recommendations made by our medical team. At your second appointment all of your recommendations are explained, as well as what services are covered by insurance, and any out of pocket costs you have. You will have the option to put any out of pocket costs into a monthly payment plan. This allows many of our patients to proceed with the care they need and get back to doing what they love.
